Having enough time to keep family members company is another benefit. Family is the inspiration of working hard to many people because they want to give their family members a better life with hardworking. If there is not enough time for them to share with their sons or daughters, the relationship may thus become weaker and weaker than before. Before long, they may lose the passion to give his or her family a better life and not want to work hard in workspace.
On the other hand, the deficiency is that people can not restore the mode of working, when having a long-time holiday. They always prefer to forget anything about work during the holiday and spend all their time having fun.
