People can have enough time to relax themselves in some places of interest, where the view is awesome. It’s not only because the beautiful sights can calm our mind down, but also because you can keep yourself isolated from this noisy and busy world. Regular enjoyment of the holiday brings the happiness to people and gets rid of the anxiety and tiredness from them. With a good mood and energetic body, employees can have a higher efficiency in the job area. In contrast, people may feel too tired to continue their tasks if lacking of enough rest.

Having enough time to keep family members company is another benefit. Family is the inspiration of working hard to many people because they want to give their family members a better life with hardworking. If there is not enough time for them to share with their sons or daughters, the relationship may thus become weaker and weaker than before. Before long, they may lose the passion to give his or her family a better life and not want to work hard in workspace.

On the other hand, the deficiency is that people can not restore the mode of working, when having a long-time holiday. They always prefer to forget anything about work during the holiday and spend all their time having fun. The consequence is that, when the holiday is over, it would be extremely hard for them to deal with the problems in his job as efficiently as before. This may need quite a long time to revive to the peek standard.

To be concluded, holiday is very significant not only to the employees but to the employers, while having a too long holiday may lead to some problems.
